Bespoke Pallet Manufacturing

Our in-house Pallet Manufacturing service allows Brighouse Pallets to produce pallets in any size, specification or format which our clients require. Our pallets can be manufactured from new material, reclaimed and recycled materials or as a hybrid, reformed material ensuring the process of producing bespoke pallets has the smallest possible environmental impact.

Our on-site facilities allow us to manufacture bespoke pallet as either a one-off product or in small quantities through to extended production runs or continual production if required. In conjunction with our varied production run ability we are also able to offer a heat treatment service in accordance with ISPM15 approval on any bespoke pallets if required.

If your business needs ready access to supplies of a bespoke pallet we can manufacture the pallet to your exact requirements and hold an agreed stock quantity of the pallets in our inventory ready for when you need them. Working together we can ensure an agreed number of bespoke pallets are in stock and available to your business at any given time ensuring your business is never left short of the pallets you require.
